Dear Fans and Supporters,
The Cambodian government had issue a note of blockage to many internet providers in Cambodia to block this website from the local people. If this kind of basic freedom is deny God knows what will happen next. Anyway, there are approximately 6 ISPs in Cambodia, some had taken the privilege to block the site from Cambodia, but others did not due to the lack of technological know how or it's too costly.
There are ways around this if you are accessing this site from Cambodia. Do not use Internet Explorer, instead use Mozilla Fire Fox. Meanwhile, I'm trying to get my hosting provider to change the IP address. Or any of you know another way, so that we can provide our Khmer people equal access.

May Buddha bless those in charge of the country so they can see that the glass isn't always half empty.

Le site est accessible depuis la Guyane Française.
Je n'ai pas compris ce que "Siemreap" veut dire. Why would people in the world get mad ? About half-naked Apsaras ? That's very childish.

wow you are so awsome reahou. this is the arts i have been waiting for. all the girl's face are truly srey khmer. i hate those painting sold at khmer supermarket. why those girls look like viet girls? anyway. your arts are so superb, other khmer arts can't compare to yours. am a girl myself, i don't see anything wrong with your apsaras. i love everyone of your art works. i will show your website to my aunts and uncles and their friends. educated khmers will admire your arts. only stupid khmers would think like those idiot khmer government. everyone know cambodian governments corrupted, and have many mistresses as young as teenager younger than their own daughters. give me a break to block your site. how ignorance they are.

i will advertise your sites to other cambodain artists, i know they will see your arts the same was as i see. wow you are awsome. i love haknaman, and Yak, wow i wish hollywood people see your art and make tombrider better than before. they should have used your arts and create characters from your painting.

reahou you not only a brilliant artist, but handsome too lol

one comment on the girls painting. everyone looks so great on them, but why they wear platform shoes? next painting, can you do without the shoes or if prefer shoes on but make it more ancient shoes? i dont beliee apsaras wear shoes. and i love her bare breast with wear only jewelries and lace lol

definitely i will buy the painting call " queen of apsara" exotic, the colors are so attractive, the background and the palm tree behind her, you are so thoughtful of everything. you are my dream artist. finally i 've found true khmer artist.

The Apsara dancers are naked all over our temples and I don't see anyone putting clothes on them. I agree that the government officials have affairs with young girls and do with them as they please. They allow tourists to come into our country to quench their thirst for sex with children. This is art. Nude, yes, but, definitely not sleazy. The human body is beautiful. We were all born naked. Heaven does not judge by what is depicted in painting or artwork, we are judged by what we do in reality. Killing innocent people, starve, and take away people's home---these are the actions that will be judged.Keep up the good work.

I hope you take the Cambo blocking of your site as a sign of your increase popularity on the web. In fact, I think the blocking was done to placade bigshot wives unhappy with the husband cheating ways. So since they can't stop the husbands wondering lingas, they try to remove the sources/temptations.

I am Khmer and supporter of Khmer culture. I fully support and admire the work you do. I only wish that the features complexion you used would be more Khmer. But it's your art, and you do as you wish. The Apsara looking through a window(what looks like Banteay Srei chapter I) is my fav.

For those who critizing these works as degrading to Khmer culture/apsaras, I say go read some history books and do search on Wickipedia on the apsaras (Urvashi, Rambha, Tilottama...). You will find that they are associated to celectial nymphs/temptress with heavenly attributes and would perform erotic dances to break the concentration of ascetics in meditation on the order of the gods. Zhou Daguan (a chinese emissary to Cambodia in 13th century) reported that there were 3000 apsaras dancers, dressed just like those you see on the walls of Angkor today. BTW, Angkor Wat was converted to Buddhist temple from the 16th century, that why we see monks wondering among those naked scultures today :))

Now, I'm not advocating that the dancers go topless like ancient time, but if Reahu's works are such and are up to the modern standard and promote Khmer culture, we should at least applaud them.

To Reahu I say, go get Khmer models and do more Khmer themes, keep up the good work...
